建筑成了时代的镜子”。中興路一號 Oriental One 的设计,演绎了先锋的精神,传达了永恒的理念,承载着当下中国对先锋与前卫生活方式的探索。建筑是一种创造,更是一种意志与共生

 

“Architecture has become the mirror of the times.” The design of Oriental One at No.1 Zhongxing Road interprets the spirit of the avant-garde, conveys the eternal concept, and carries current China’s exploration of avant-garde lifestyles. Architecture is a kind of creation, but also a kind of will and symbiosis.

 

 

 

 

 

 

为了创造一个和谐的住区,强调建筑与人的共融建筑的永恒性,设计放弃了商业的最大化,将建筑沿中央花园呈扇形展开,十座塔楼高低错落排列。在约9.5米高处,理查德·罗杰设计了一个充满生机的空中花园连廊,链接所有塔楼与兴club接待中心,从而使生活变得高效便捷。这创造出了一道绿色的建筑景观界面,也就是人们经常提到的步行尺度可达性。建筑师的‘空间灵活’、‘空气流动’、‘景观共享’等设计理念,将在和谐社区中发挥极大的作用。

 

In order to create a harmonious residential area, and emphasize the integration of architecture and people, also the eternity of architecture, the design gave up the maximization of commerce. The building was fanned along the central garden, with ten towers arranged staggeringly high and low. At a height of about 9.5 meters, Richard Rogers designed a vibrant sky garden corridor, linking all towers with the club reception center, making life more efficient and convenient. It creates a green architectural landscape interface, which is what people often mentioned “Accessibility at walking scale”. The architect’s design concepts such as ‘flexible space’, ‘air flow’, and ‘landscape sharing’ will play a great role in a harmonious community.

 

 

 

 

 

 

对于城市人来说,心性自然,其核心是人与自然的重新亲近。中興路一號Oriental One的设计,理查德·罗杰斯主要考虑三重关系:建筑与社会建筑与自然建筑与人。内部庭院的设计,采用迂回曲折的景观动线,创造一种现代东方园林独有的自然真趣,隐逸而安详。静伫、听风、观雨、赏日,皆如美学散步。

 

For urban people, the core of nature is the re-kindling between man and nature. In the design of Oriental One, Richard Rogers mainly considered the three-fold relationship: architecture and society, architecture and nature, architecture and people. The design of the inner courtyard adopts the tortuous landscape circulation, creating a unique natural feature of modern Chinese traditional gardens, secluded and serene. Standing quietly, listening to the wind, watching the rain, and enjoying the sun are all like walking aesthetically.

艺术若要新生,首先要回归本质,返璞归真,重拾旧念。于此,理查德·罗杰斯则利用高技派的金属构件来寻找光的多样性与时间感,不同材质,不同质感,却有异曲同工之妙

 

If art is to be reborn, it must first return to its essence, return to the original, and regain its old ideas. Here, Richard Rogers uses high-tech metal components to find the diversity of light and the sense of time. The design of Oriental One has advanced foresight, pursuing the integration of naturalness, artistry and humanity. It turns an ideal utopia into a city of eternal beauty, and adds platonic “truth, goodness, and beauty” into action. High-tech is not only a style, a technique, but also a delicate interpretation of architectural poetry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

所谓相由心生,艺术的构造往往由内心情感所决定,也是一个集灵活、共融、共享、共生的艺术空间。

 

As Chinese saying goes, combination is born from the heart, structure of art is often determined by inner emotions. It is also an art space that integrates flexibility, inclusiveness, sharing, and symbiosis.

 

 

 

 

 

 

设计是空间艺术的灵魂寄托,贯穿东西,虚无缥缈、变幻无常的艺术光影将设计师的东方写意演绎得淋漓尽致,可观可游,亦歌亦叹。在阳光下,形成一个理智的、明确的、徇烂的建筑游戏。

 

Design is the soul sustenance of space art. It runs through Esat and West. The illusory and fickle artistic light and shadow interpret the designer’s oriental freehand style vividly. In the sunshine, it forms a sensible, clear, and florid space game.

 

 

 

 

 

 

在兴club接待中心的设计中,希望创造一种灵活多变且富有东方气质的理性空间,借用具有东方诗意的‘灯笼’概念,楼梯化身成为‘灯笼’这唯美的自然意像,宛如一个有趣的艺术装置,兼具理性与朦胧、本真与纯朴、传统与先锋,扣人心扉的巧妙构思让这里变得如此丰富多彩。

 

In the design of the Xing Club Reception Center, we hope to create a flexible and rational space full of oriental temperament. Borrowing the concept of “lantern” with oriental poetry, the stairs are transformed into the beautiful natural image of “lantern”, just like an interesting art installations, which are both rational and obscure, authentic and simple, traditional and avant-garde. The ingenious idea makes this place so colorful.

 

 

 

 

 

 

运用‘红、黄、蓝’三原色呈现纯粹的色彩对比,既热烈冷静,感性的同时充满了纯粹精神,理性的同时又演绎了先锋理念,无常无我,仿佛走进一个充满幻觉幻听的艺术空间。

 

The three primary colors of ‘red, yellow and blue’ are used to present pure color contrast, which is both warm and calm, sensual and spiritual. At the same time, it interpretes the avant-garde concept, impermanence and non-self, as if walking into an art space full of hallucinations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

人是物理空间的尺度,人的视觉是自然的尺度,虚实相间,包罗万象,精神体验的升华,可以让人从自然本性中获得自由

 

Human is the scale of physical space, and human vision is the scale of nature. Fiction and reality are intertwined and all-encompassing. The sublimation of spiritual experience allows people to gain freedom from nature.
