Through clever design, the present ethos of sustainable development seamlessly intertwines with this amalgamation. GATE19北京展厅位于郎园Station创意园区内，而郎园Station始建于上世纪60年代。其前身为北京纺织仓库，库内建筑宽敞高大，工业遗产底韵十足。GATE19北京展厅的外立面采用红砖打造，保留了原有纺织厂的韵味和独特性。展厅见证了新与旧的碰撞交融，人与时代的深度交互。

 

Situated within the Langyuan Station creative park, the GATE19 Beijing Exhibition Center occupies a space with historical roots dating back to the 1960s when it served as the Beijing Textile Warehouse. The internal structure of the warehouse boasts expansive height, echoing its industrial legacy. The external façade of the GATE19 Beijing Exhibition Center is crafted from red bricks, preserving the enchanting and distinctive character of the original textile factory. Within its walls, the exhibition center becomes a witness to the dynamic convergence of the past and present, illustrating the profound interplay between contemporary elements and historical artifacts, as well as the intricate relationship between individuals and the unfolding epochs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

材质与城市环境的对话在这里展现得淋漓尽致。在白天与夜晚，外立面的呈现效果截然不同。白天，炽热而鲜艳；夜晚，深沉而内敛，使增添了丰富的情感色彩和历史沉淀。时间的变化赋予了场地不同的生机。

 

The vibrant interplay between materials and the urban environment takes center stage in this setting. The facade undergoes a striking transformation between day and night. In daylight, it exudes warmth and brightness, while at night, it adopts a deep and restrained aura, infusing the surroundings with emotional richness and historical depth. 在空间设计方面，传达“望远镜将焦距锁定在每一个细微的点上”——是设计的主要灵感来源。每一个细节都有它的精妙之处，自然与质感的共鸣，谱写了从建筑外部至空间内部的体验与感知。既神秘独特，又极具几何感的构建手法，塑造出空间的引力，彰显时间之光影。

 

In the realm of spatial design, the primary inspiration driving the concept is encapsulated in the idea that “the telescope zeroes in on every nuanced detail.” Each element is intricately nuanced, and the harmonious interplay between nature and texture shapes the overall experience and perception from the exterior of the structure to the interior spaces. 简洁有力的线条、充满结构的不规则对称，塑造空间自然光线。透过隔断镂空望去，展厅结构若隐若现。质感态度碰撞前卫艺术，每一件家具都在讲述着自己的故事；它们或是代表着当代的设计理念，也或是诠释着设计师的独特思想。

 

Clean and impactful lines, coupled with asymmetrical yet structured symmetry, sculpt the play of natural light within the space. Peering through the intricately cut partitions, the exhibition hall’s framework becomes a subtle yet looming presence. Texture and demeanor collide with avant-garde artistry. Every piece of furniture narrates its distinct story—whether embodying contemporary design ideals or elucidating the designer’s singular thoughts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

核心筒位置，透过大小不一的方形窗洞，可以依稀看到另一侧的景色，同时也提供了向下俯瞰的视野。这种视觉上的交流与互动，仿佛在诉说着一种理念：对话与互动无处不在，无时不有。

 

Located at the core tube position, diverse square windows of varying sizes offer a faint glimpse of the scenery on the opposite side, while simultaneously providing a panoramic view downward. This form of visual engagement and interaction appears to convey a profound concept: dialogue and interaction pervade every moment and every corner. These apertures have evolved into a distinctive medium, with their unique design crafting an enchanting experience within the space, inviting individuals to immerse themselves in a silent conversation and sense the continuous flow of time. 水泥砖隔断通过简单堆叠的方式，形成了一种既隔未隔、既透未透的视觉效果，再次映射了“望远镜”的设计理念。这种设计象征着无论何时何地，只有具备分辨近物和远物的能力，才能更贴近事务的本质。正如透过望远镜所能触及的不同视角，项目设计本身创造了一个环境，使人们能够以独特的视角去观察并理解周围的世界，再次强调了洞察力对于真实理解的重要性。

 

The cement brick partitions are arranged in a straightforward stack, creating a visual impression of both separation and unity, transparency and opacity—once again echoing the essence of the “telescope” design concept. This symbolic representation conveys the idea that, regardless of time and place, only with the ability to discern between proximity and distance can one approach the core of any matter. Analogous to the varying perspectives offered by a telescope, the design of the project establishes an environment that enables individuals to perceive and comprehend their surroundings from a distinctive vantage point, underscoring the critical role of insight in achieving genuine understanding.
