项目整体规划由SOM设计，分为一期（北区：公寓）和二期（南区：办公、商业、酒店），业态包括由品牌街、商场及小镇组成的多元购物体验空间、产业研发大厦、高端商务公寓、LOFT和文华东方酒店。在建筑设计方面也是邀请了不同专长的顶级事务所合作完成整个项目的单体设计——SOM负责产业研发大厦（含酒店）的设计，ARQ负责南区商业部分的设计，URBANUS负责LOFT的设计，GRAVITY负责北区公寓的设计。

 

The overall plan of the project is designed by SOM, which is divided into Phase I (North District: Apartment) and Phase II (South District: Office, Commercial, Hotel). The format includes a diversified shopping experience space composed of brand streets, shopping malls and small towns, and industrial research and development building, high-end business apartment, LOFT and Mandarin Oriental hotel. In terms of architectural design, Upperhills also invited top firms with different expertise to complete the single design of the entire project. SOM is responsible for the design of the industrial R&D building (including the hotel), ARQ is responsible for the design of the commercial part of the southern district, and URBANUS is responsible for the design of LOFT. GRAVITY is responsible for the design of the North District apartment.

规划上有意思的是SOM将最高的塔楼顶层部的酒店的宴会厅、会议厅单独剥离出来，容纳在一个单独的体块中，建筑师的意图是将笔架山的景观收入内部，成为典礼的背景，创造一种贴近自然的感官，充分利用场地的特殊景观优势，因此这个宴会厅单体也成为了酒店部分设计的重点。

 

What is interesting in the planning is that SOM separates the banquet hall and conference hall of the hotel on the top floor of the tallest tower and accommodates them in a separate volume. The architect’s intention is to incorporate the landscape of Bijia Hill into the interior and become the background of the ceremony. To create a sense close to nature and make full use of the special landscape advantages of the venue. Therefore, this single banquet hall has also become the focus of part of the hotel design.

 

 

 

 

 

 

两栋超高层的写字楼位于场地东南角十字路口，拥有最佳的地标性，同时尽可能的远离了公寓部分，减少了对公寓的压迫。

 

Two super high-rise office buildings are located at the crossroads in the southeast corner of the site. They have the best landmarks and are as far away from the apartment as possible to reduce the pressure on the apartment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

位于基地南侧的另一座“山体”，它的功能最初被设定为总部办公。建筑体量的进深较大，有26m至56m不等，通过在建筑立面设置贯通的大洞，在不同区域设置内天井，端头与商业结合的位置设置架空平台，极大的丰富了室内外空间的层次，建筑内中走道办公空间，串联了多个内院、休息厅，室外架空平台等多个不同层次的空间，形成丰富的空间体验。

 

The other “mountain” on the south side of the base was initially set as the headquarters office. The depth of the building volume is relatively large, ranging from 26m to 56m. Through the establishment of large through holes in the building facade, the installation of inner patios in different areas, and the installation of overhead platforms at the ends of the commercial complex, the indoor and outdoor areas have greatly enriched the level of space. The aisle office space in the building connects multiple inner courtyards, lounges, outdoor overhead platforms and other spaces of different levels in series, forming a rich spatial experience.

深业上城向内围合出一个安静的空间，以细致的步行街道联结3-4层的高密度的办公 LOFT，排列出一个高低错落，空间变化丰富的小镇，其中纳入 LOFT剧场、展示交易中心等公共活动空间，从外围的“大”和“实”逐渐过渡到内部“小”而“虚”非常有活力的区域。让商业、办公与住宅人流在同一街区活动，创造了一种居住、办公、商业与文化空间融合的聚落式街道生活新模式。

 

Upperhills enclose a quiet space inward and connect the 3-4 floors of high-density office LOFT with meticulous pedestrian streets. It arranges a small town with different heights and rich spatial changes, including LOFT theater and exhibitions. The public activity space such as the trading center gradually transitioned from the “big” and “real” on the periphery to the “small” but “virtual” area inside. Let the commercial, office and residential people flow in the same block, creating a new settlement-style street life mode that integrates residential, office, commercial and cultural spaces.

 

 

 

 

 

 

中央设置“黑盒子”小剧场激活未来区域文化活动，外立面灰白色陶板，粗糙的质感，带给人返朴归真的感受。组团建筑体量穿插组合，形成架空通道、露台、庭院、阳台、过廊等丰富的空间形态。

 

A “black box” small theater is set in the center to activate future regional cultural activities, and the gray-white ceramic slabs on the facade give people a feeling of returning to the original. The volume of the group building is interspersed and combined to form a rich spatial form such as overhead passages, terraces, courtyards, balconies, and corridors.

 

 

 

 

 

 

办公与商业平台之间以竖向交通连接，办公人群下楼即可漫步商业街，上楼又可继续工作，往北区可居住，往南去可看展览，深业上城以新的建筑空间模式创造了多维度的生活方式。小镇部分的建筑单体设计上采用了简洁的几何语汇，干净利落没有多余的修饰，配色上利用大面积暖色系色彩墙体与灰白色建筑形成强烈的视觉冲击，配色有点蒙德里安的画作的感觉。

 

The office and the commercial platform are connected by vertical transportation. The office crowd can stroll along the commercial street when they go downstairs, and they can continue to work when they go upstairs. They can live in the north area and see exhibitions in the south. The spatial model creates a multi-dimensional lifestyle. The simple geometric method is used in the design of the single building of the small town. It is clean and has no unnecessary decoration. The color matching uses a large area of warm color wall and off-white buildings to form a strong visual impact. The color matching is a bit like Mondrian’s paintings characteristic.

天桥由SOM设计，借用中国古典园林“曲折桥”的手法，使用弯曲的流线有别于以往人行天桥为保证快速通过而设计的单调死板的直线形，在天桥两侧还种植了草本植物用来屏蔽下方的车流干扰，消除了大自然与商业的界线，让人们可以边行走边欣赏美景，从而可以放慢脚步，形成一种进入小镇前的休闲心态。

 

The flyover was designed by SOM, borrowing from the “winding bridge” method of Chinese classical gardens. The curved circulation is different from the monotonous and rigid linear shape designed to ensure rapid passage of pedestrian bridges in the past. Plants are also planted on both sides of the flyover to shield the traffic interference below, eliminate the boundary between nature and business, so that people can enjoy the beautiful scenery while walking. They can slow down and form a leisure mentality before entering the town.

 

 

 

 

 

 

通廊成为连接莲花山公园和笔架山公园的城市山谷漫游纽带，保证莲花山公园和笔架山公园之间的视觉通透和步行穿越。并借助深业上城顶楼的空间顺其自然的将两者结合在一起，降低了连结整体成本，同时给市民创造一种新的城市体验。

 

The corridor becomes the link of urban valley roaming linking Lianhua Hill Park and Bijia Hill Park, ensuring the visual transparency and pedestrian crossing between Lianhua Hill Park and Bijia Hill Park. And with the help of the space on the top floor of the Upperhills, the two are combined naturally, reducing the overall cost of the connection, and at the same time creating a new urban experience for the citizens.

商场部分的设计还是有不少亮点可循的：整个空间的柱网非常规整，同时走廊空间都是无柱的，最大限度的减少了视线遮挡。为了提升商场空间感商场内各楼层均为国内商场罕见的净高度，整体一字型的动线也是相当经典实用的。

 

There are still many bright spots in the design of the shopping mall: the column network of the entire space is unconventional and the corridor space is column-free, which minimizes the line of sight. In order to enhance the sense of space in the mall, each floor in the mall has a net height that is rare in domestic malls, and the overall linear movement is also quite classic and practical.
